Janene Session is a real estate expert with a proven track record of helping clients and teams acquire properties using both traditional and creative financing strategies. As The DEAL BROKER Janene has empowered real estate agents, brokers, and investors to successfully navigate the complexities of the market, specializing in innovative solutions to secure profitable deals.
As a seasoned Real Estate Investor and Coach for over 20 years, Janene helped clients and students build custom action plans and investment strategies that leverage both conventional approaches and untraditional techniques such as lease options, seller financing, and partnerships. Her ability to craft flexible financing solutions has enabled countless investors to maximize their returns and minimize their capital outlay.
Janene’s experience extends beyond coaching; her role as a Real Estate Auction Coordinator has honed her expertise in securing below-market properties through auctions and distressed sales.
In addition to her extensive professional achievements, Janene balances her responsibilities as a mother of four and a serial entrepreneur. Her hands-on approach, innovative financing techniques, and deep industry knowledge make her an indispensable resource for clients and real estate professionals looking to build wealth through real estate investment.
